NAS-100

NAS-100 is a polyether modified amino silicone oil
The product can self-emulsify by adding water to dilute it, and it can be diluted by oil:water (1:5~9).

Excellent compatibility with general textile auxiliaries such as: cationic softener, wax emulsion
Provides a soft, smooth and washable feel
Can be used in combination with resin as modifier
Low yellowing properties, suitable for white/light colored fibers
Can improve paper softness, good water absorption
No oil slick, demulsification

Appearance: almost colorless transparent liquid

Solubility: easily soluble in water

Concentration: 100%

PH value: about 9.3±0.2

Ionicity: Weak cation

Dosage:

Generally, after diluting and adjusting the acid to 20%, use 20~50G/L. Depending on the type of cloth used, the amount can be increased or decreased by yourself.

Emulsification process:

Need to add emulsifier to emulsify transparent
Example: 25% emulsifier reference formula
25KG NAS-100
6KG emulsifier (softanol 70)
69KG water
0.3~0.4KG glacial acetic acid
Mix well to get a completely clear liquid
(softanol 70 is only a suggested formula, you can also find similar raw materials for use)
