Application of Coating on Wafer HC (Hard Coating anti-scratch hardened film)
The scratch-resistant hardened film layer, referred to as HC for short, is a film that enhances the hardness of the plated material to form an anti-scratch effect.

HC technology is mainly used for the surface of soft substrates, such as PC or PMMA products. These materials are relatively soft. After the surface is hardened, the hardness will be like glass, which is easy to wipe and not easy to scratch. After the surface of the soft substrate is treated with HC, the adhesion of the post-processing coating process can also be enhanced.

Product specifications can be adjusted according to the actual needs of customers, and the hardness can reach 3H~9H.

It is used as anti-corrosion primer on steel, aluminum, galvanized steel and other materials, and can also be added to water-based coatings as an adhesion promoter.
